Art Room. This is what used to be called Fossil Class, and is down the stairs from the year 3 corridor. Children will be escorted to the main KS2 entrance for pick up.

At Balfour Primary, After school club. Weekly term-time art class teaching step-by-step, traditional drawing, painting and sculpture. Unique projects; experienced teachers, and professional quality materials. Our 5-12 groups are suitable for all abilities, and projects are designed carefully to be stimulating and challenging for everyone.

The theme for the Spring Term (Jan–Apr) is ‘Magical Scenes’, where imagination takes centre stage! Students will step into enchanted worlds and create spellbinding artworks inspired by fantasy and wonder. From soft pastel studies in ‘The Sun Sets Sail’, to shimmering Watercolour Crystals, and Mermaids with clay, our young artists will explore a dazzling mix of materials and techniques.
